You should always bring photo ID and your Insurance card to you appointments. New patients should also bring a list of their medications as well as know the name of your previous primary care provider.
While we do not specialize in pediatrics we will see children over 12 months of age.
All the locations have appointments from opening to close. Walk-ins should go to our office in Clifton as this office leaves room in their schedule for walk ins.
All Centro Clinico providers and employees speak both English and Spanish to ensure quality care.
